What we are looking for ?
Classpro seeks a Lead Generation Executive to join our sales team to help grow our business.
Do you like to explain things? Then here is chance to join our high-energy sales team that helps to explain about our technology products to coaching classes all over India.
You leverage emails, phone calls, and social selling tools to get in front of the right people to help our Business Development Executives close new clients that have never even heard of Classpro before. You are excited about learning, have high attention to detail, can work autonomously & within a team, and love the hunt.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation through internet and other sources
- Conduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads (50+ calls per day)
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Sales executives
- Identify prospective clients and build a strong sales pipeline for the Sales Executive via cold calling, outbound leads, email communications, LinkedIn, referrals and other direct marketing methods
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree / Any graduate
- Excellent convincing skills, presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills and time management skills are essential
- Maintain focus and priorities while handling multiple tasks
- Should be ready to take challenges and new initiatives
- A naturally curious and passionate attitude
Depending upon the experience, base salary is between INR 18k to 30k. Very handsome incentives are given on achieving the targets.
